credit medical loan
A subsidized Stafford loan will help / hurt credit later?
My award letter states that can accept a loan Stafford Subsidized $ 3,500 for school this year. I have NO good credit (credit cards, loans EVER) and medical bills only as "bad" credit. Is this type of loan to help me build credit? Previous applications have been refused credit because of the credit not good enough .
The loan will help your credit history. It's like any other installment loan, because you are borrowing money. While in school, the account will begin with age and appear as current. Then, when you begin to bear fruit, your credit history will reflect in good condition. This is how a credit history is built. The longer an account in their reports, in good condition, the better.
