Is paying my car loan with a credit card balance transfer credit check bad idea? Why or why not? Thanks.?
Interest rates are the same. I am currently using 16% of my available credit on credit cards. If I put my auto loan on the card credit, I would be using 41% of my available credit on credit cards.
That would be a bad idea, if you make a late car payment have to pay a lower premium if you make a late credit card payments that can double your interest rate and demand payment in full for the balance due, have to read the fine print. Credit cards are not your friends you need to pay them as soon as possible and only keep for an emergency. Do not get stuck into the trap of credit cards.
